I’m a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner with the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFMCP) and hold a Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Functional Medicine. With over 20 years’ experience as a Naturopath, you can feel confident that you’re in competent hands.

Throughout your program, we’ll work closely together, supported by your dedicated Wellness Coordinator, to uncover what your body is really telling you and address those frustrating symptoms. My goal is to help you feel better quickly while empowering you to take charge of your long-term health with clarity and confidence.

Every consultation is designed to give you clarity, confidence, and a personalised roadmap for your health. This is not a quick fix, it’s a deep dive into understanding the root causes of your symptoms and creating a plan that works for you.

    We explore your full health story, as in many cases this will give us clues on how the current symptoms have manifested. This can include the timeline of current symptoms, family history, lifestyle habits, stress levels, and environmental factors. This helps us uncover patterns and triggers that may be impacting your wellbeing.

  • Pathology & Functional Analysis
    Jasmin reviews any existing pathology results, compares these to new results and may recommend additional testing to identify underlying imbalances in areas such as gut health, hormones, nutrient status, and organ function.

  • Behaviour & Lifestyle Review
    We look at your nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress management habits to understand what’s supporting your health and what needs adjustment. We will help devise a plan that is structured to lead to results, not overwhelm.

  • Goal Setting & Strategic Planning
    Together, we define realistic, meaningful goals and outline a step-by-step plan to help you achieve them. This includes prioritising foundational changes and layering in targeted strategies over time.

From your very first consultation, you’ll walk away with a clear, actionable wellness plan designed just for you. This isn’t a static document; it’s a living strategy that grows and adapts as you do. You’ll know exactly where to start, with practical steps you can implement straight away, and you’ll have a long-term roadmap that keeps your bigger health goals in focus. Your Wellness Coordinator will check in with you regularly to keep your health journey on track. These calls are designed to ensure you feel supported and confident every step of the way. During the call, your coordinator will confirm that your upcoming consultations still suit your needs, answer any questions that may have arisen, and review your progress. They’ll celebrate your wins, acknowledge any challenges, and provide guidance on the next steps in your plan. These touchpoints help maintain momentum and give you the reassurance that you’re never navigating this process alone.

Understanding your body composition goes beyond weight—it reveals the balance of muscle, fat, and hydration, giving us a clearer picture of your metabolic health and progress over time. This insight helps us tailor your nutrition and lifestyle strategies for optimal results. HeartMath training complements this by addressing the often-overlooked role of stress and emotional resilience in health. Through simple, science-backed techniques, HeartMath helps you regulate stress responses, improve heart rate variability, and create a sense of calm and clarity. Together, these tools provide a powerful foundation for physical and emotional wellbeing, ensuring your program supports both body and mind.
