Our Services

We offer the following services:

  • Discovery Call: A free 15-minute chat to explore how we can work together. No health advice or treatment is provided during this call.
  • Our 3-Month Functional Medicine Program: Please contact us for more information on this program including the separate terms and conditions of enrolling in the program.
  • Child Initial Consultation: A 60-minute consultation for children from birth through to and including 17 years of age. A parent or legal guardian must accept these terms and conditions before booking the consultation and be present during the consultation.
  • Follow-up Extended Consultation: A 60-minute consultation for clients who would like more time for coaching, who have extensive testing or multiple questions or who have not had a consultation in over 12 months.
  • Follow-up Standard Consultation: A 30-minute consultation to update your progress, discuss general testing, fine-tune your treatment and adjust your wellness plan.

The purpose of these services is to provide personalised health education, advice, and support. Your wellness plan has been designed for you and should not be shared with others.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information, including any allergies or medical conditions you have, as well as any medications, supplements, or herbs you are taking. It is also your responsibility to follow the advice outlined and agreed upon in your treatment plan.

In case of any known or potential adverse reactions, please discontinue the treatment and contact us immediately. For emergencies, seek urgent medical attention.

Important Information

I am a certified functional medicine practitioner within my modalities of Naturopathy and Nutrition. I do not prescribe or offer advice on the use of pharmaceutical medication or invasive treatments. Please discuss these with your GP or specialist.

Naturopaths/Nutritionists cannot diagnose medical conditions, as this is out of our scope of practice. Diagnosis should be provided by a GP or specialist.

I do not offer emergency health care, in all cases of emergency contact emergency services.

Waiver of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest level of accuracy and reliability for all of the information on our website or provided in our services, we do not offer any guarantees, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, services, or products.

Payment Terms

Payment for consultations must be made in full at the time of booking, with the exception of our 3-Month Foundation Functional Medicine Program, which can be paid in monthly installments.

Any recommendations for supplements, herbs or further testing is at an additional cost and is delivered via third party services.

We accept payments via bank transfer and through our platform via Stripe.

Service Delivery

  • Services are delivered in person at our clinic in Cardiff, NSW, Australia, online via Zoom or via phone.
  • We can not guarantee internet speeds during consultations, as this is beyond our control. If the internet connection is deemed unsatisfactory for us to continue, we will suggest finishing the consultation via phone or where this is deemed inappropriate for best practice, we may reschedule as an in-clinic consultation.
  • Prescription products can be purchased in-clinic or through third-party suppliers, such as Vital.ly. These suppliers are responsible for delivery and packaging.

Appointment and Refund Policies

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an initial consultation. This is due to the longer duration of these appointments.
  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule all other consultations. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in being charged the full consultation fee.
  • Refunds are not offered for change of mind. If a product is out of stock or unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
  • For defective products, contact us or the relevant third-party supplier immediately to rectify the issue.

Respectful Communication

We reserve the right to delete any offensive or inappropriate comments on our website or social media platforms.

Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the issue through open and respectful communication, aiming for a mutually beneficial solution. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
